Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Cointrak you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
The service
Cointrak provides cloud-based monitoring, accounting, and reporting for on-route slot machines that connect over SAS or PULSE protocols. Features and integrations may evolve over time.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your accounts, and for ensuring your users are authorized. Access is granted on a role-based basis.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in violation of applicable gaming laws and regulations.
Data and compliance
You retain ownership of your operational data. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for your own regulatory obligations; Cointrak provides tools and records to support compliance but is not your compliance or legal advisor.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may update, suspend, or modify features. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Cointrak is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
