Cointrak is a cloud-based monitoring and accounting platform for on-route slot machines, operated for gaming operators in Puerto Rico. This policy explains what information we handle and how we protect it.
Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, business, email, phone), operational data from connected SAS/PULSE machines (meters, events, payouts, device health), and standard technical data such as log and usage information needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use information
We use it to provide real-time monitoring and accounting, generate reports required for regulatory compliance, secure and improve the service, and communicate with you about your account.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with your authorized users, with service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, and with regulators or authorities where required by law or to meet compliance obligations.
Data security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and least-privilege, and machine and financial records are kept in append-only, audited stores. We maintain backups and monitoring designed to keep your information available and tamper-evident.
Data retention
We retain operational and financial records for the periods required by applicable gaming regulations and for legitimate business purposes, after which they are archived or deleted.
